Arden FR2.0 Eurocup team hits the streets of Monaco

Ticktum, Goddard and Cordeel will take part in the Formula Renault Eurocup race in support of the Formula One Monaco Grand Prix

Arden Motorsport heads to the streets of Monte Carlo, for the fourth round of the Formula Renault 2.0 Eurocup Championship.

Following the third round at Pau, the pressure will be high as the team visit the second street circuit on the 2017 calendar. This will be the second year in which the Championship returns to the principality, this time with two races on the schedule.

Monte Carlo is the most demanding track of the season, the prestigious race twists and turns around the historic venue - known as the crown jewel event in motorsport.

The Arden Formula Renault drivers have come straight from their first taste of street racing this season and will hit the ground running at Monaco on Thursday morning for the collective test - where they will get their first experience of the legendary circuit.

This weekend will bring to an end a busy month for the team, being the third consecutive meetings; the previous race took place on the historical streets of Pau.

The 2.0 litre Renault-backed Championship will provide the pre-race excitement as the support race to the Formula 1.

The pressure will be on as the drivers want to make an impression to the personnel in FIA Formula 2 and Formula One paddocks, as they look towards their future progression.
