Formula Renault 2.0 returns to action at the Hungaroring

Arden Motorsport return to FR 2.0 Eurocup after a month long break in the calendar

After a month-long break, the Formula Renault Eurocup driver Dan Ticktum, Zane Goddard and Ghislain Cordeel will return to action in Budapest for Arden Motorsport.

The Hungaroring will host round five of the season and the first three-race weekend of the season. This will be an opportunity for the contenders to pull away or pick up precious points in the title

Arden Motorsport are aiming to build on a positive start to the season - which has seen Dan Ticktum take an overall podium finish at Silverstone, alongside four Rookie Victories in the championship.
Zane Goddard and Ghislain Cordeel are hoping for a change of luck - bad luck has plagued both their seasons often being the victims of other mistakes in races that has not seen them achieve the final results they deserved. They will both be aiming to get their season rolling and bag crucial points for the team as the second half of the season gets under way this weekend.

The tight and twisty nature of the Hungaroring in Budapest is often likened to a go-kart track, with its constant series of corners. It is a track where overtaking can be tricky, so expect a busy qualifying session which will be crucial to the outcome of the drivers performances this weekend.

This weekend features a very busy schedule with three races, meaning the on track action begins on Thursday for a Private Test - which Arden Motorsport will be attending. Friday follows with the official testing before going into both sets of Qualifying sessions on Saturday, which is ended with the opening race of the weekend. Sunday features the final two races at the Hungaroring where good conditions all weekend are expected.

You can catch all the action via live streaming on the Renault Sport website here at the scheduled times above to watch the Arden Motorsport FR 2.0 Eurocup trio in action. Live timing is also available within the same link - so you can track the progress of each drivers lap times and race progress.
